Private Equity Accountant – Greenwich, CT
Description: Asset Management firm in Fairfield County seeks an experienced fund accountant for their Private Equity Fund. The fund accountant will be handling the reconciliations of investment positions, cash management, P&L analysis, waterfall calculations, distribution calculations, preparation of capital calls and distribution notices, and will work closely with the external auditors.
Qualifications: Must have Bachelors in Accounting. CPA and Big 4 experience preferred. Excellent Excel skills required.
