Description: The team’s goal is to identify, analyze and facilitate the launch of new business initiatives. Typical duties include evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and managing the execution of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority interest investments opportunities across the firm.
Qualifications: 2-4 years experience required. Bachelors degree in business or economics required as are excellent communication skills. MBA a plus.
