Private Equity Investment Analyst – Colorado Springs, CO

Description: Colorado-based real estate private equity firm is seeking a pre-MBA analyst to support all aspects of its investment activities. Manage existing investments, detailed financial analysis, industry research, new deal generation.

Qualifications: Entry-level. Financial analysis and quantitative skills required. Exceptional work ethic and previous academic record.

I would love the opportunity. I know how to make money, I just need the “underwriting pen” (i.e. authority….even if there is oversight).

I agree, this is an excellent time (not that anytime is a good time) to make money. I have many contacts/clients not only in Colorado Springs, but Denver and the front range. I also do business with clients/businesses outside of Colorado. Be that as it may, making money isn't predicated on the contacts/clients you keep, but the strategic decisions you make. Make money, and they will follow.
