Description: High impact, high visibility position in the ALM Strategy team, develops interest rate hedging strategy for $200B+ managed balance sheet. Position is extremely analytical, requiring prior exposure to interest rate analytical tools (preferably QRM) and experience with derivatives like swaps, caps/floors, swaptions etc.
