• Pricing, reviewing NAV calculations and Allocations provided by outside administrator
• Monthly Financial Statement review as well as review of the year-end financial statements and footnotes.

Qualifications: 1-4 + years of relevant experience in the Auditing or Administration of hedge funds. Demonstrated experience in general ledger accounting for both Onshore and Offshore hedge funds, shareholder servicing and dealing with complex investments and hedge fund structures. Manage the accounting close process, perform and prepare accounting transactions and financial statements. Works directly with independent property managers that are responsible for property level accounting, providing information and guidance with respect to bookkeeping and accounting for all owned properties.
Maintain bank accounts and treasury functions for all properties and affiliates.
Qualifications: Must have a BA or BS in Accounting and a minimum of five years progressive experience with at least three years direct managerial responsibility in a real estate, investment company or private equity accounting environment. Strong managerial and supervising skills are necessary to succeed at this position.
