This position maintains bank accounts and treasury functions for all properties and affiliates and manages the accounting close process, performs and prepares accounting transactions and financial statements.
Qualifications: The qualified candidate must have a BA or BS in Accounting and a minimum of five years progressive experience with at least three years direct managerial responsibility in a real estate, investment company or private equity accounting environment. Financial accounting, consolidations and hands-on experience in preparation of financial statements and GAAP cash flow statement.
