Qualifications: 4-6 years experience in private equity accounting or admin. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics required. Strong understanding of securities and financial markets.
Description: Responsible for assisting with the operations and accounting function for 7 hedge funds, including monthly close functions for the funds, assisting with the year end close and related audits of the books, security allocations, reporting of sector & regional performance results.
Qualifications: 3-5 years experience with accounting firm. CPA designation a plus. Accounting or finance degree required. General knowledge of GAAP, hedge fund accounting, financial reporting, strong excell skills, and industry knowledge required.
