Description: Boutique investment bank in Palo Alto, CA that executes merger and acquisitions and raises private equity capital for technology and healthcare companies is seeking an Analyst/Associate. Analysts/Associates are involved in both sourcing and executing deals, maintaining client relations from the initial contact to the closing of the transaction. Responsibilities include client prospecting, financial modeling and analysis, and preparation of marketing materials.
Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in investment banking, consulting, or finance. Bachelors degree from top school with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
