Description: Connecticut based hedge fund is seeking a CMBS (commercial mortgage back securities) Analyst to help build infrastructure and track CMBS deals.
Qualifications: Should have hedge fund experience or sell side (research) and have underwriting experience and ability to re-underwrite commercial loans. Must also have knowledge of regional markets and understanding the larger loans backing CMBS deals.
