Description: A small private investment firm located in downtown San Francisco is looking to hire two summer interns for part-time research and analytical work. We are a hybrid private equity / hedge fund that also responsibly manage family capital.
Qualifications: A deep understanding of finance and accounting is required. Experience at other financial services firms are a plus. Excel skills, qualitative research experience, and experience in the public markets are also a plus. We are open to college students from Berkeley, Stanford or other top schools (who will be in the Bay Area during the Summer of ’09) of any grade level.

Description: This position manages and maintains the books for a growing real estate investment firm located on the Peninsula. Manage the accounting close process, perform and prepare accounting transactions and financial statements.
