Description: Growing, New York based firm with outstanding reputation for representing clients in a wide range of local, state, national and international matters is seeking a Tax Associate. Firm is well known for handling issues related to hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and commodity pos, as well as tax planning for the managers of those funds. 2-5 years experience in hedge fund tax law (LLM preferred by not required).
Qualifications: 2-5 years experience in hedge fund tax law (LLM preferred but not required). Excellent Academics required.
