Description: seeking a well-tracked and ambitious individual. The ideal candidate will have a background in audit and/or transaction services with a Big 4 accounting firm. Prospective candidates should be “naturally skeptical” and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include leading consolidations and financial reporting, financial modeling, and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
