Private Equity Accountant – Boston, MA
Description:Become familiar with partnership agreements for several funds, obtain knowledge of Investran and FundRunner, coordinate communication for investor fund distributions, prepare management fee calculations, perform securities reconciliation, assist in preparation of fund audits.
Qualifications: 1-3 years private equity based accounting experience.Working towards CPA or MBA a plus. Excellent analystical and planning skills required.
