Description: Investment banking firm focused on strategic investing is seeking a mergers & acquisstion or corporate finance professional at the Senior Analyst through Junior VP levels. Candidate will screen potential transactions, develop financial models, close transactions, perform industry and company research.
Qualifications: 2-8 years of investment banking, VC, LBO or strategic planning experience. Experience with Excel required. Candidates should have strategic and creative thinking abilities and clear and concise writing.
