Description: New York based hedge fund is seeking a Research Coordinator with an interest in learning about the hedge fund industry. The goal of this position is to make the analysts’ lives as seamless as possible. Position involves: calendar management, procure and screen research, manage relationships with brokers and analysts, conduct various research projects.
Qualifications: 2+ years relevant experience in financial services. Bachelors degree in Business or Liberal Arts required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail will also be required.

Looking for independent thinkers with strong logical reasoning and conceptual thinking skills, well-above average quantitative skills, detail oriented, good written and spoken communication skills and a very strong work ethic – in short a future strong analyst with the right training. Mandarin Chinese a plus.
