Description: South Florida-based hedge fund seeks back office operations assistance. Duties include coordinating settlement of securities transactions, provide backup of free securities transfers, trade ticket input, trade confirmation with counterparties (including DTC, Fedwire, and Euroclear transactions), entry of delivery instructions into back office systems, fails report monitoring, reconcilliation.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of middle or back office experience with broker dealer or hedge fund. Should have Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
