Description: Top multi-strategy hedge fund with stellar, consistent returns – seeking a head of collateral operations to manage a team of 8-10 process engineers and operations associates. Operations is responsible for processing trades, ensuring that portfolios are properly valued, measuring and monitoring market and counterparty exposures, and managing the information flow with the Portfolio Management (Account Management and Trading) and Client Reporting (Client Accounting and Client Service) groups.
Qualifications: 5+ years managing team/process within collateral management. Proven leadership skills. Strong knowledge of Swaps, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, etc.
