Description: The Hedge Fund Tax Associate provides compliance services for numerous hedge fund and investment partnership clients consisting of a variety of investment strategies and fund structures, including domestic and offshore side-by-side entities, master-feeder structures and fund-of-funds.​Responsibilities include reviewing of partnership economic and tax allocations using either the aggregate or layering methodologies and handling special projects as needed.
