Hedge Fund Tax Associate – Jersey City, NJ
Description: The Associate will research tax implications of complex financial transactions and prepare memorandums and opinion letters for clients and colleagues summarizing results as it relates to international, federal, state and local tax law. Responsibilities include reviewing of partnership economic and tax allocations using either the aggregate or layering methodologies and handling special projects as needed.The company provides compliance services for hedge funds and fund of funds.
Qualifications: 3-7 years financial services experience. Strong MS Excel skills. Background in hedge funds or mutual funds preferred.
