Description: New York private equity real estate fund is seeking an Assistant VP to be first level of review with staff work. The team is currently involved in a significant technology initiative converting existing accounting software to new private equity software. Responsibilities include P&L analysis, financial statements, Treasury functions, assisting in real estate valuations and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
Qualifications: 4-6+ years experience. Real estate private equity experience required. Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
